.:: Wedding & Birthday ::.
Yesterday, met up with two of my good old friends at Siam Kitchen. At last Rahimah & Zamri are tying the knot on July. Besides dinner, it was passing of invitation cards & to catch up with each other.
Three of us were secondary school friends and no they weren't love birds since then. Their path crossed in 2000 when I tried to hook them up together. Both were equally close to me but never to each other. But at that point of time (2000), both weren't interested in each other, claiming differences in personality and they were seeing others.
Then, again in 2005 when both were still single and available, I sort of made them gave it another try and since then they didn't look back and hey the next thing we knew they are getting married. Alhamdulillah. I'm very happy for both of them and may they have a blissful marriage ahead.
Besides wedding bells were ringing, yesterday, someone got a year older too. It was my hubby, my Bebeh & my Badut of course. Happy birthday Bebeh! Love you loads...love you deep deep and may you have a pleasant journey thru life....
After dinner treated Bebeh & Ilyas to watch Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull.

.:: KL Menjerit! ::.
Please pardon for my late update coz been busy and working late for the past few days...
Over the last weekend together with Zul Big Bird's extended family, we headed to KL .
Travelled in 2 cars and reached KL in the afternoon. We checked into Crown Regency Service Suites, our old time favourite apartment in KL. Had our late lunch at KLCC. At nite, left the kids to play with their PSPs at the apartment, under the watchful eye of Ogy's maid. Meanwhile, the parents and grandma went to Petaling Street.
The following day, went to Genting Highlands via Ulu Yam and took the sky train. Walked around and as usual its crowded. Then we left for Kajang to have the famous satay Kajang before reaching our apartment past midnight.
Woke up slightly early the next day to let Ilyas play in the pool. Then did some last minute shopping in KL before leaving for home.

.:: Loss of Momentum? ::.
Today was a crappy day... Maybe its the weather...too gloomy & moody that it affected my performance at work... Or could it be the slow & sappy songs in my playlist which made me feel even crappier than before?I'm beginning to feel the 'heat' at work. Am I losing my momentum of carrying out my work? Felt like I'm too slow in doing things and I took a longer time to accomplish my work...Hokay, I know that I'm just back to work for less than a week....but I'm just so scared that I couldn't cope!
Arrrrgghhh! Its frustrating....Gimme back my momentum...gimme back my efficiency!!!
Even my angkle hurts today! Darn! Must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed..... Semua serba tak kena....
Its okay, the long weekend is coming up and hopefully it will do me some good.. Ppfffttt!

.:: Dinner @ Eatzi ::.
Yesterday being Mother's Day, we didn't have any plans for any celebrations or outings. My family never really celebrate Mother's Day as for the month of May it is already a month full of celebrations. My parent's birthdays, Bebeh's birthday and our wedding anniversary all fall in the month of May.
However, in the evening, Zul called Bebeh and asked if we wanted to have dinner at Eatzi. Its been a while we've not eaten there so we agreed. Together with some other friends we met up at Eatzi for dinner.

.:: Back To Work ::.
Yesterday was my 1st day back to work after being missing in action for about 4 months. I was a bit nervous and jittery when hubby drove into the compound of my workplace...felt like there's dozens of butterflies in my stomach! The feeling was like the 1st day of work at a new job...hehe..
The minute, I stepped into office, I was greeted by familiar faces who were excited to see me and instantly, it felt nice to be back to work again....and when I've reached my workstatiom, guess what? There was a long ribbon, rite across my workstation awaits. Some of my buddies have sweetly prepared a ribbon cutting ceremony for me and across my whiteboard, they have wrote..

The rest of the day, I was greeted by colleagues who wished me well and there goes my story telling sessions with them, right from the accident, to my recuperation in hospitals & lastly my recovery at home...Some were even surprised to see me walking well as they had an impression that I would be aided with a walking stick!
One of the bosses from another unit was relieved to hear the real story from myself as he was told previously that I had accident at a racing circuit! Hahaha....well, that always happen when stories were told from one mouth to another. The stories get all spiced up and the facts are far from the truth!
Practically, I didn't work much yesterday...just cleared tonnes of emails and tried to freshen up my memory on some of the systems at work. So yesteday was just a warm-up session and the heat will start from Monday onwards!

.:: A Nite @ JB ::.
Last nite being the eve of Labour Day, a few of us decided to head to JB for dessert & supper. Traffic was crazy at both Causeway & 2nd Link but it did not deterred our spirits.
We went to Pasar Borong Pandan for some durians as its been a while we've not eaten durians at JB. The durians weren't that fantastic compared to the ones being sold at Smart (which was closed). Nope, there were no Udang Merah or Kucing Hutan being served but only D24.
After having enough of durians, we went to Singgah Selalu for supper & place was crowded with soccer fans who were there to watch Chelsea against Liverpool. Us being the neutral party, as there were no supporters from either teams amongst us, decided to leave after the 1st half and furthermore its way past our bed time.
