.:: Sick Entry ::.
I wouldn't be blogging at this hour if I'm in the office working my ass off....Yes, I'm sick again and here's another sick entry as the title suggests....Wasn't too well since Sunday but I still went to work yesterday thinking that I was able to work and I've got like tonnes of stuff to clear....
By the time I reached office, I simply couldn't take it with the flu, bodyaches and a throbbing headache. I visited the company's doctor who granted me with a day of rest.... the whole of Monday was spent sleeping after taking some medications....only to wake up with a high fever!
Today, I still don't feel good and fever is playing hide and seek with me....so went to visit the family doctor and was given another day of rest.....I was told to monitor the fever....
So here I am, blogging away while watching TV at the same time....the medicine is taking effect and I'm beginning to feel groggy already....
Hope with another day of rest I'll be alright by tomorrow to start working in the middle of the week!

.:: Nizam's House Warming ::.
Its been 4 months my bro-in-law, Nizam has been married and time flies.... now he's gotten a love-nest.
A 4-room flat just a few blocks away from us and his in-laws'.... very close to amenities such as the NTUC supermarket, LRT, schools, etc...
So yesterday was his house warming for relatives & friends.

.:: Brrrr..... I'm Cold! ::.
The past few days, the weather is kindof wet and cold....
Brrrr.....I'm cold and sleepy....
Such a nice weather to snuggle up in bed, under the covers and perhaps watching some movie re-runs before dozing off.....
BUT before that, let me have my usual cup of Ginger Tea or maybe the hot Teh-O Longan at Rezki before going to Lala land...

.:: Cancelled & Upcoming Trip ::.
We were supposed to go for a morning ride to Desaru this morning but too bad, Bebeh was not feeling too well....flu is creeping up on him! He informed the organiser this morning to count him out....So here I am blogging away, while he's asleep & Ilyas has gone out with my parents....
Looks like riding gotto wait for a while...
Its okay coz I'm looking forward for the National Day's long weekend as we'd like to bring Ilyas for a short trip to Malaysia together with some friends....but we've yet to confirm on the destination....
Suggestions, anyone? :)

.:: Outing With Ilyas ::.
Ok, this is a post-dated entry....Monday was my son's birthday but unfortunately he had a slight diarrhoea.
Poor boy, nak tukar tahun gaknye! Hehe...
Brought him to see Dr. After eating the medicines & an afternoon nap, Birthday Boy was up & about! So we brought him to Forum & Vivocity....
His Abah bought for him some toys while I got for him another Croc sandals as he has out-grown from the old one.
Been wanting to have Hagan Daz's Choc Fondue....so gave both of them a treat at the outlet in Vivocity....
Then headed to my parents' place for a Secret Recipe cake-cutting session with my family...
That's it, a simple but yet a memorable birthday celebration for Ilyas...

.:: D & D ::.
We went for a D&D outing last night. Nope, its not the Dinner & Dance in some kind of fancy hotel ballroom, but its the Dinner & Durians affair with friends!
Some of our friends wanted to try out dinner at Eatzi, Safra Yishun after they have seen & salivating over the food pics I took last week.
So again back to Eatzi and after that some of us were contemplating of having a bowling session at Level 2 but after sitting and chatting for a while, unanimously we all agreed for a Durian Session at Sims Dr instead....
Btw, I didn't take much pics during the Durian Session coz too busy eating Durians & licking my fingers off the delicious King of Fruits!

.:: Ilyas Turns 5! ::.
It felt like it was only yesterday when I carried you in my arms....
I still remember vividly 'our critical moments' in the delivery suite when you simply refused to come out & Dr Woodworth practically needed to 'pull' you out of me via caeserian.....
At the same time, I gotto console Abah to stop looking at me being cut & open up like a chicken while he's trying his best not to pass out!
Seeing you did your 1st flip/roll over, your 1st tooth popped out, your 1st step and writing your own name for the 1st time have been a great joy to me and your Abah....And there were many other countless candid & memorable moments too which you made us even love your more...
There were times when made us worry when you had your bad days with high fever, asthma attacks & bad stomach flu....
And not to mention, there were also days when we felt like grabbing the cane to discipline you or simply felt like giving you 2 tight slaps when you went way out of line!
On the whole, having you around has add wonderful memories and joy to our family of 3!

.:: Saturday & Sunday ::.
Here's my weekend updates...
It was a last minute planning for a gathering with my friends from secondary school...
We decided to have dinner at Eatzi, Safra Yishun....serving mostly Western & Fusion food.... and yes, all served are HALAL & YUMMYLICIOUS!
We had a great time chatting and catching up with each others' life....the group is getting bigger as we brought along our spouses and kids!
Not enough with dinner, we proceed to the bowling alley for a game of bowling and ended the night with some drinks and supper at Jalan Kayu....
Though its been quite a while we have not had a gathering session, this one proves a success with everyone of us having fun and hope that more of such gatherings to come!
Or perhaps an overseas trip, together gather?

.:: JB Outing ::.
We went to Smart and it was a blast for these kidz, especially as they managed to 'ketok' their dads to shop for GameBoy catridges. The non-original catridges were cheap over there and even the dads had difficulties in buying only 1 catridge!
Then we headed to Pasar Borong Pandan for DVD shopping on some of the latest movies before heading to Steak House for a late dinner...

.:: West Coast & East Coast ::.
We enjoyed the buffet and only left when it was almost closing time! Then headed to West Coast Park to join the others who couldn't make it for dinner. Had a drink at McDonald's and bumped into Saad's family....
When the rain stopped, brought our kids to the park. Some of them cycle, some played the scooters while the adults 'lepak one corner' chit chatting and it was almost midnight when we left.

We were being invited by Zai & Nas who had a BBQ party to celebrate Afiq's & Nas' birthdays.
