My cuzzin, As'safiy has been bugging me (hehehe not really la!) to post his halloween costume pics in my Multiply & blog....So here goes....
He's dressed as 'Shinigami' known as 'The God of Death' in Japanese....
Character & costume created by himself....he tried fusing some gothic into the character of Shinigami....complete with makeup and prop....

Blogging at this hour would mean that I'm @ home, sipping my cool peach tea and surfing the net....*sigh* Too bad I've gotto be back at work tomorrow & can't help but imagine the tonnes of work I need to clear....bleaggh!!!
We went for Raya visits for the past few days and even went to Teacher Lin's (Ilyas' fav teacher) place as she invited us for her 'rumah terbuka'...
Managed to tell her abt how she looked like my cuzzin, 'Alia & showed her 'Alia's pic....even she agreed....
Did the same thing, the next day when I met 'Alia and she too was slightly amazed on the similarities....

.:: MotoGP Champion, Not! ::.
Well, it seems that Rossi didn't get the championship title this time round....boo hoo hoo...But to me, he's the MotoGP champion of all times...
Anyway, kudos to him for holding the championship title for so long...err was it 6 yrs or was it 7 yrs in a row?
See, even I lost count!
Anyway, I'm hoping to buy his autobiography soon, real soon....

Alright, Rossi just crashed but he managed to get his bike moving....so we'll see...Nothing is impossible....especially with a rider like VALENTINO ROSSI...

The live telecast of the last race for MotoGP 500cc at Valencia is shown on the Star Sports channel...
Its a crucial race for Valentino Rossi as his points is merely ahead of Nicky Hayden's.....

.:: The Visits Continue ::.
Yesterday we continued our raya visits to hubby's aunts & uncles places....and this time round we were geared up in PURPLE...
Managed to cover 7 homes and upon reaching Mang Pari's place, we were recommended to try out the Pineapple Tarts which Cik Ida ordered thru her fren....
She said that the tarts were selling like hot cakes coz not only they tasted good but they are in a shape of a DUCK! Each tart was with intricate details of the beak, eyes and body closely moulded like a duck's....
So here's how the kuih tart itik looks like....

Besides my dear cuzzin's (Haqeem's) belated bday shoutout, I've also missed out another cuzzin's bday who celebrated his bday on 19 Oct 06....so gundu of me...

In A Better Place, Insya Allah
Received a call from SGH on Saturday morning, informing us that Pakcik's condition is getting worse.....Most of his family members were around him when Pakcik left us at 1137hrs....and he was safely buried on Sunday....
At least, he's now in a better place, together with his loved one, insya Allah....
Mak & Pakcik may not be the most loving couple you have ever seen or has the most romantic love story that you have ever heard of....but to me, his undying love for her has deeply moved me and its the best real-life love story which I've ever witnessed.....
Semoga Allah swt mencucuri rahmat ke atas kedua2 roh mereka, insya Allah....

Yesterday was the 1st day of Syawal....which means visiting relatives and being with your loved ones....

.:: Sedated & Pregnafied ::.
Today is the 3rd day Pakcik is in the ICU, he's been heavily sedated but he looked much better, to me....At least some of the swell has gone down...One of the staff nurses updated Bebeh that Pakcik's condition is stabilised, at the moment and the dr's plan was to sedate him and see how thing goes from there.....Alhamdulillah...
Going back into ICU sends jitters down my spine coz it opened up my memory's floodgate on my late mom-in-law....2 years ago we had to spend for almost 2 months in AH's ICU but she managed to pull thru for another year before she left us.....
It saddens me to see Pakcik in that condition....can't help but felt as though he wanted to share the pain which Mak went thru....the love he had for her was boundless....
On Monday, I had to control my tears when we were checking Pakcik's handphone to call out his siblings and found that his hp's wallpaper was a blurry picture of Mak which he took a snapshot (using the hp) from an old photograph......Although her photo was not clear, it didn't really matter to him coz I felt that he just wanted to see her face & feel close to her, always.....
On a lighter note, I've learnt that one of my dear cuzzins has gotten 'pregnafied' as she mentioned in one of her comments...hehehe...so CONGRATZ emiliAduka! Can't wait for the arrival of another Sury's or Sooray's (as spelt in my mum's IC) extended familytree....hehehe!

.:: Tragic Monday ::.
No doubt today's a Tuesday, I'm blogging on a tragic event which occurred yesterday....Pakcik, Bebeh's step-dad met with an accident along Botanical Gardens yesterday afternoon....he suffered with severe head injuries and currently fighting for his life at SGH's ICU....
All family members are at VIGILENT mode as the neuro surgeon has told us the slim chances of him surviving over the next few days....and even if he manages to pull thru, he will lose the quality of life...However, we are all praying for him.....
Hanya Allah sahaja yang maha mengetahui & maha penyayang.... Kami pasrah & redha .....

Last night went to JB to break our fast with Zali's & Wati's family....only managed to have a proper meal at abt 9pm....coz we were stuck in the jam @ 2nd Link....We ate at Singgah Selalu opposite Danga Bay & for ONCE I've forgotten to bring my camera.....but luckily there's was Zali's.....will rip some of the pics later when he's uploaded in his Multiply...hehehe *evil laugh*
We then had a walk at Danga Bay's bazaar Ramadhan...before reaching home at about 2am this morning.....*yawns*

I'm blardy PISSED @ work...And I'm blardy PISSED for the past 1hr or so...
Pissed Situation 1 :
Work was a BIG MESS when I'm stuck in between!!! And work load is piling UP! No co-operation & teamwork & let alone communication! Am I the only one working??? Bah!
Pissed Situation 2 :
For the past hour or could be longer... I was desperate to blog....vent my frustation & have an early nite BUT the blardy blogger website was unaccessible!
Make my blood go upstairs, aje....
That's it...I'm done & late for bed! Hopefully sleep would do me some justice!

.:: Weekend Update ::.
Yesterday, we went for a date with Roy and Nanie....break our fast at Mad Jack & it was their first visit....
As shown in the pic below, we couldn't even see the UOB Building except for the miserable red logo...

This morning, learnt that the haze has gone after having the highest PSI reading of 150, last night.....its the wind direction that plays an important role....hopefully, there'll be sunny skies in the next few days....
In the afternoon, we went for some furniture shopping @ Sungei Kadut as the old ones are asking for mercy....and Ilyas was so happy to see some fish at this water feature, in one of the shops we went....

This morning, I was awaken by a SMS from Wati indicating that the PSI index has reached 101.....Already expected the increase in the PSI reading since last night....By the time I read the local news from Yahoo.SG, the PSI reading has increased to 119 and its at the unhealthy range....

.:: The Haze Is Back ::.
My cough is getting better and so is the flu....however, I noticed in the evening that the haze is BACK....Its more hazey compared to the past few days....and I could even feel that my eyes are beginning to itch!
With the haze back, I'm more concern of Ilyas....he's asthmatic and people like him will be badly affected with the haze.....
Hopefully he'll be alright as his exams are coming up next week....yup, my 4yr old son has exams too! I wouldn't want his immune system to 'sabotage' him when he needs to be alert at this time of the year.....

.:: W.E.A.K ::.
As the title for my entry suggested, that's what I'm feeling at the moment...Dragged myself to work this morning, hoping to clear some of my workload as I'll be on 2 days course tomorrow onwards....BUT too sick and tired.....I mean, physically....Visited the dr & she gave me a day's rest.....
Went home, took my medications (since its that time of the month, I was not fasting) & slept till the late afternoon.....
Felt slightly better but I'm still weak.....each time I cough, felt like I'm asthmatic....felt the tightness in my chest each time I took a deep breath & could hear myself wheeze slightly....with thick phelgm stuck in my lungs!
Gonna have a hot shower, take my medications & snuggle up in my warm cosy bed....goodnite peeps!

Ok...here's another entry of me falling sick again.....caught the virus from Bebeh, i guess....or maybe its the haze thingy....bleagh!My throat itched since morning....phlegm must be building up....
My flat nose is beginning to store up mucus....yucks!
And my blardy head is throbbing!!! bah!
Ok thats it....no more internet surfing for tonight.......gonna pop in some leftover flu pill & cough syrup before heading for the lala land....
Hopefully I'll be alright by tomorrow....

Yesterday we went for Iftar at Bagus IMM....again with the Alterego-1 gang....
It seems that we couldn't get enuf of each other and have been meeting up for 3 days in a row since last Friday....
Then headed to Makan Shiok coffeeshop for a chat & drink before heading back.....
