COMPLAINTS and I was flooded...I was swamped and I was blardy fully occupied with attending complaints for almost the whole day!Complaints were everywhere.....from email....from the system....from the correspondance module and not to forget complaints received thru phonecalls!!! I think its a record breaking day for the most complaints I eva received in a day!!! Blardy hell!!!
Ok ....lets move on....
