.:: Colmar Tropicale Resort ::.
Heya!!!! I'm back from Colmar......it was a great place with picture postcard sceneries and the weather was not as cool as I expected it to be.....We took a bus there and had to do a transfer at Genting Highlands and here's a pic showing my son .... simply out of boredom & waiting for himself to fall asleep on the long hours in the bus....

There's even a sports complex complete with a bowling alley, game machines & other sports activities available and all these places we needed to use the shuttle service provided by the hotel...

However, there's a big turn off at this place and that is the people and the service they provide to the tourist......they don't smile and they're not friendly and worst of all was that we ordered room service on the last night which didn't even turn up!!!! Bleggghhh! I was preety pissed off and we were not that hungry!!!
Colmar was so not like Bali where the people are so friendly and they made you feel like home (right up to the maintenance staff who were always ready to smile and greet you)....Maybe I was too pampered by the services given by the Balinese but hey both hotels are 4 stars hotels but the warmth wasn't just there at Colmar..... bbbrrrrrr
