.:: Conspiracy ::.
I have actually forgotten abt this matter over the long weekend till i rec'd a SMS fr Kak Lo earlier today.....It all happened last Fri....Four of our colleagues were supposed to go on a secret vacation to Chiang Mai and suddenly one of them, out of guilt, spill the beans.....so the word was out to the rest of us in office.....
Frankly speaking, I don't really give a damn abt them going to the vacation without telling the rest of us....but the part which i could not stand was when one of them, a so called 'Mak Haji' lied straight to my face (dunno y the need to lie to me?) saying that she's driving up to Perak & Penang with her family!
Even Kak Lo asked one of them if they are all going to Chiang Mai, her so called close fren was in denial saying that she was going with her family instead.....hahaha what a joke! Poor Kak Lo feeling so hurt & betrayed.....
Don't know what's with the conspiracy of not telling the rest of us....but with the cat out of the bag, it had just made the 4 of them looked like fools!!!

Came back from chalet yesterday morning.....we were all very exhausted....due to lack of sleep and too much of play at the Wild wild wet on Sat.....hehehe....Later this afternoon will be going to another family gathering fr my paternal side....some lunch gathering eating Briyani.....heheheh....mcm manalah nak kurus?!
Btw, bebeh told me that the new PC will arrive on Thurs....Yippee....meanwhile this old one we are giving his brother to use it.....

Its been a while I have not updated my blog.......thats because my goddamn PC crashed! But managed to restore the settings yesterday......I'm now loggin into free internet pc at downtown east......We are having a chalet here till Sunday.....waiting for Mang Pari's family to come.....cant start BBQueing yet.....

Its Saturday morning and everything seems to be fine & dandy.....Nothing much for today except that I need to prepare the list of stuff to buy for the chalet next week.... Urrrgggghhh..... another procastination going on here... (my favourite past time, yup! procastination!)
My bebeh has gone out to get his bike from the workshop..... my lil devil is mingling in this room with me.... he's a scardy cat..... doesn't like to be else where alone..... so here he is loiterring around in this room, waiting for the rite moment to press anything he could get on the keyboard just to get my attention pg;t;;yllykukkykh See what I mean? he typed those!
Got no plans yet for today, bebeh gave me a call earlier to let me know that his late mom's cpf $ has been transferred to his account.... he's kindof surprise with the amt he got (the same amt which his step dad & his 2 brothers will get).....
I was telling him, its kindof sad to think that Mak worked so hard her whole life and when she was abt to reap her fruits of labour, she left us..... she doesn't even get to enjoy her retirement.... and makes me feel so sad to think of it.....

.:: Nice Surprise & B'day Shoutout ::.
Had lunch at Fork & Spoon with Kak Lo.....it was a nice surprise to meet my bro lo, a.k.a chu there together with his reservist frens.....and saw Nasha for the 1st time....he looked so young and can pass as an NS boy rather than a reservist personnel....hehee...Decided to work late but last minute the network system was down again! Blardy hell.....so went back and managed to watch the new season of American Idol...
Btw, today is my dear cuzzin's 9th birthday and here's a quick b'day shoutout to her....

.:: A Walk In The Rain ::.
I was ecstatic when the lecturer told us that we could go back at 3.30pm! Initially, I was contemplating to return to office to clear some work but what de heck.... The course ended early and I wasn't gonna spoil my mood by returning to office.....So la di da di....happily went back to my parents' place and by the time I reached Bt Gombak MRT Station it was raining quite heavily..... As usual didn't bring any brawlie (umbrella) with me....and ended up walking in the rain....
Its been quite a while since I last walked in the rain and the feeling was just great..... reminded of the good old days when I return from school or work, I just walk in the rain (coz its been a habit of mine not to bring any brawlies)....even if it means to be fully drenched from head to toe.....

.:: Bad Start ::.
Went to course at Yishun..... It was on Adobe Photoshop.... I was hoping for the course to be interesting....but unfortunately, the lecturer juz 'killed' my excitement..... With the way he's coaching the class, he was expecting everybody to be experts....To make matters worst.... my colleague & I sat at the last row and the damn blardy air-con was blasting right at us...... Bbbbrrrr..... it was so cold and my poor fren was sneezing all the way, making her sinus worst (in the earlier part of the morning) and we kept going to the loo to clear our bladders!
Then I received this SMS fr office.... a reminder to submit my monthly report which was long due and the poor administrative assistant who is doing the compilation has been practically chasing me since last week! Uurrgghhh! So decided to go back to office after the course to complete at least, the monthly report....
I was hoping for the course to end early as some frens who had attended this course told me that they left quite early....and ya rite! early, my foot! It ended rite on the dot! At 5pm! Rushed back to office and guess what?!....
Rushed back to office only to learn that our dept's system network would be down fr 6.30pm till 8am tomorrow! wtf @#$%!!!

.:: B'day Shoutout ::.
For the 2nd day in a row, the sun was up and shining in the morning..... We were thinking of going out by noon...not knowing & not deciding where to go till Mang Pari sms my bebeh....we were invited to his house for Raudah's 4th birthday party......Went to Jurong Point to buy for her b'day prezzie....it was a children's lappie (laptop)....and headed to Mang Pari's place after that.....Nizam & Norliah bought for her a dress but the size was too small for her & they gotto exchange the dress....Her sistas gave her a bowling set and the children had a fun time playing with it and the lappie which we bought for her.....
Took some pics which yet to be downloaded....will do so once in the office coz at home I don't have a CF card reader....uurrghhh...can't wait for the new PC, which I knew we'll be getting a 9 in 1 card reader....hehehe....

.:: Under The Weather ::.
The sun is finally up for today but I was practically under the weather, the whole day.....Could be due to the lack of sleep I had last night....Ilyas was having fever last night so got up every 4hrs to give him medicine & to sponge him.....He was alright by morning, Alhamdullilah.....
Initially thought of going back to office to clear some paper work as I will be on Course at Yishun on Mon & Tue.....but Ilyas was cranky and clingy in the morning so aborted the idea....
Instead, I took the toll... my head was throbbing and while doing my groceries shopping at Shing Song, I was almost puking......my eyeballs felt hot & were like popping out of their sockets....hehehe....yup that bad.....
The rest of the day just lazed at home and took the afternoon nap while watching some rented DVDs......felt better after the nap & some panadols.....My son was practically sleeping the whole afternoon too.....I guess he's kindof tired since school started again and his body system is trying to adapt to school life again.....
I'm always kindof jittery when Ilyas starts to get unwell.....so nervous and scared that he might get the asthma attacks again......coz when that happens, it will be quite a while for him to recover.....
Hopefully, everything is gonna be ok for my precious darling.....

.:: Wazzup... ::.
Haven't been updating my blog for a few days....so here's a quick update.Tue 10/01/2006 - Aidiladha
Ilyas woke up in a happy mood and he managed to go to the mosque to attend the prayers....bebeh said he was quite okay and fidgetting when he got a little bored....kept saying "Bah, balik Bah!" (his favorite sentence each time he's bored!) while the Imam was giving the sermons..... ~lol~
Had family gathering with families from my maternal side.....it was pot luck...my mom brought rendang and I just brought my empty tummy to be filled up! Hahaha....
Then went to Ciko's place and in the late afternoon, bebeh collected the meat from the nearby mosque....
Its been quite a while my family did a Korban at Spore coz most of the time we did it at Indonesia....Just passed the money to some rep and avoid the hassle of picking up the meat & distributing to relatives....
So here's some shots taken.....The owner of the Korban...with the identification of his meat collected (I'm quite surprised with their form of 'verification'!)
Wed 11/01/2006 - Ilyas' 1st Day
I took leave as it was Ilyas' 1st day of school...This yr his class starts at 2pm and end 3hrs later....for the 1st time he took the school transport.....
I was prepared for the bus driver to be late to fetch him since it was 1st day of skool....but never did I expected for the bus to arrive at 2.30pm!
My old man was grumbling all the way, more pissed off than myself about the bus being late and all that....We followed the bus to sch to ensure that everything went well....Saw him from a distance crying silently, wiping off his tears as he saw other kids with their parents while he was all alone....hehehe....so poor thing! But gotto quickly let him adapt to school life again....cannot be too manja!
Last yr, I cancelled the transport on the very 1st day of school due to the poor handling of the school and the transport management....I still remembered that it was 1st day of school, very chaotic and no adult supervision fr school while the children waited for the transport after school.... I got culture shock and quickly cancelled my son's transport arrangements.
This time round, it was ok....maybe he's in the last session, so not much of a chaos....Even when sch ended i was around to observe how things were going on.....the bus left abt 20mins later & my son reached home around 5.45pm...... It was the 1st day....so it's kindof expected!
Btw, managed to book a chalet at Downtown East during the CNY period....so will be there from 27 Jan 06 till 29 Jan 06.....Invited Mang Pari's family as well....Its a last minute thingy...coz bebeh didn't want to travel out of Spore knowing that it would be too costly so having a chalet was the next best resort.....
Thur 12/01/06 - Back to Work
Back to work and kindof worried coz I was way behind schedule in almost everything....esp clearing those urgent stuff.....Urrgghh....Got back my appraisal....and the grades are kindof expected...nothing shocking
Then gotto attend a site meeting in the afternoon (my boss was on course, as usual...)....It was raining and cold and wet....double Urrggghh......
The only happy note abt work today was payday! My flexi claim was reimbursed... so got slightly more for this month! Yippee....
Mom told me that my son was cranky today and didn't want to go school....he was crying when he boarded the school tpt....maybe he was still feeling alone at school without parents...but this time round he reached home earlier than yesterday...
So that's all for now.....kindof sleepy already...and the weather is so cold.....bbbrrrrrr.... such a great weather to be under the covers......

.:: Salam Aidiladha ::.
Tomorrow is Aidiladha.....For this yr, bebeh is starting with the trend of doing Qurban....so next yr will be my turn & after that Ilyas' .... We'll try not to break this trend, insya Allah...
After the Aidiladha prayers, we'll be going to my Uncle Adi's place for a family gathering from my maternal side.....
Then we'll go to Ciko's place.....by then bebeh gotto go to the mosque to wait for his turn to collect the meat.....
Tomorrow, bebeh decided to bring Ilyas for the Aidiladha prayers (provided he's able to wake up early & not in a cranky mood!)... we'll see how... it will be Ilyas' 1st experience....

Wow....this is my 3rd entry for the day......and the internet was connected for almost the whole day....me & bebeh were like taking turns using it.....hehehe.....In the late afternoon an old fren sms me....telling me that she was at KKH sending her daughter for check up as GP suspected appendicitis.....then she told me that she saw my ex!
He was with wifey sending their son.....she wasn't sure if he didn't see her or pretend not to notice her.....
She told me that his son look like a 6yr old....wooi so fast time flies!.....and he's with short hair & getting bigger (as expected!)....hehheeh....
Well the way my fren described abt his wifey, looks like the same GF after me.....(which happens to be Mak Mah's ex school mate in her pte sch after O levels).....*eyes roll*....wat a small world!
Anyway, always been wanting to bump into him....but no luck for me....i think he no longer stay at his old place.....could have shifted out after marriage......
Wateva it is....I'm just wishing him well & happiness.....

.:: Gym & B'day Shoutout ::.
Heya peeps....today's the 1st working day of the year...bleghh......not much of an excitement for me.....btw the pics taken last Sat @ Pendas (seafood dinner) have been uploaded.Went to the gym during lunch.....been donkey months since the last time I went there....Only managed to do 10 mins each on the treadmill, gym ball & bicycle.....
Do you eva felt of giving up while doing your workout in the gym?....Uurrgghhh...that was what I was feeling.....the thought of giving up!!! After the workout, I was practically dragging myself back to office.... ~lol~
We'll see how my determination will last......and wish me luck on my 'smangat 2 minit ni'!

Hello 2006......may this new year bring all of us great joy & happiness......may all our wishes & resolutions in 2006 come true!Yesterday went for seafood dinner together with Norman's family & the Cherating group (minus Roy)....the seafood was not bad & cheaper than the one we had near Danga Bay.....Will upload the pics soon....
Later going to Mang Pari's place for sup tulang cooked by Cik Eda.....Yummy!!!
