.:: Nubilizer & Butter Prawn ::.

My instincts were right....yesterday, when we return to the dr, Ilyas was put required to put on the nubilizer as his wheezing got worse....Luckily, he's used to machine so there wasn't much of coaxing needed.....Just tell him the magic sentence of "I'll buy for you toys later, ok?" and he agreed....
After that we visited Diana again at KKH
Just now did our monthly marketing at Sheng Siong and my hubby got this craving for prawns.....and with the help with the internet, I stumble upon this simple recipe of butter prawn or cereal prawn....This dish is what we normally ordered when we have seafood....didn't know that the recipe is quite simple....So I translated for Sri and asked her to cook for us....
And here's the recipe ...
BUTTER PRAWN

600g prawns
1/2 pieces of butter
Minced garlic (about 2-3 cloves)
200 g of cereal (eg. Nestle Plain Cereal)
1 chilli padi chopped
3-4 Curry leaves optional
1 tsp of sugar
Seasoning:
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of sesame oil
Dash of pepper
Method:
Clean prawns, leave the shell on. Wipe dry and season in mixture of salt, pepper, a little sesame oil and a little sugar Deep fry the prawn till 1/2 done , leave aside.
In a wok, melt the butter and add in garlic , chilli padi and curry leave. Fry till there is an aroma. Pour in the cereal and fry for a while. Add in sugar. Then mix in the prawn and fried for about 1-2 mins. It is ready for serving.
